Pacquiao vs Mayweather not done yet

Until Floyd Mayweather Jr inks on the dotted line, this fight is not a done deal yet. Today, http://www.philboxing.com Nick Gionco reported that promoter Bob Arum received a phone call from Golden Boy's Richard Schaefer that put a damper on things, at least in the short run, with the plans to tour Dallas Cowboy's staduim. Gionco reported that Jerry Jones (Cowboy's owner) Schaefer, HBO, and Arum were penciled in to tour the facility on Wednesday. Arum was quoted as saying after that call that he felt, "disillusioned" and although the negotiations have not fallen apart, they have been put on hold. Arum also went on the record as saying that Schaefer had an "agenda."

Nothing is done until everyone signs contracts, and venues are agreed upon. As of today, this has not happened yet. Recently 8CountNews asked trainer Freddie Roach if he thought anything could snag the fight from getting done and he told us, "Anything is possible with Floyd Mayweather, we signed our side and that's all I care about. There is nothing that I can do about the other side."

Roach did confirm to 8CN that both sides have agreed on gloves sizes, and the weight, " Everything looks great, we agreed on the glove size and the weight. I am not sure if they have signed their contract, but we signed ours."
